liquidity, receivables and liabilities;<br \/>\n2) Supervision of financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, reports, declarations and other documents;<br \/>\n3) Verification of financial data and supervision of the accounting system;<br \/>\n4) Development of investment financing structures;<br \/>\n5) Optimisation of tax policy;<br \/>\n6) Coordination and supervision of the organisation of financial document circulation;<br \/>\n7) Supervision of the use and settlement of own and external funds or other funds at the Institute;<br \/>\n8) Supervision of the correct preparation, acceptance, archiving and control of accounting documents;<br \/>\n9) Supervision of the debt collection process;<br \/>\n10) Cooperation with banks, insurance companies, tax authorities, certified auditors and other financial institutions;<br \/>\n11) Supervision of the execution of cash orders;<br \/>\n12) Preparation and submission of draft internal regulations issued by the Director in the field of accounting and finance;<br \/>\n13) Supervision of accounting and financial tasks performed by the Institute in connection with the administration and management of real estate;<br \/>\n14) Cooperation with internal and external auditors;<br \/>\n15) Organisation and improvement of the Institute&#8217;s internal financial information system, providing data necessary for planning the Institute&#8217;s activities and making correct economic decisions;<br \/>\n16) Preparation of financial plans and reports on their implementation;<br \/>\n17) Implementation of the Institute&#8217;s activity plans within the scope of their supervision;<br \/>\n18) Implementation and ensuring the proper course of financial control and management reporting processes;<br \/>\n19) Control of the costs of tasks and investment projects carried out<\/p>\n<p>at the Institute;<br \/>\n20) Supervision of the preparation of annual public procurement plans and control of their implementation;<br \/>\n21) Coordination and control of the organisation of purchases;<br \/>\n22) Coordination of tasks related to the conduct of public procurement procedures by the Institute;<br \/>\n23) Supervision of the preparation of renovation and investment plans and control of their implementation;<br \/>\n24) Coordination and supervision of the work of subordinate organisational units;<br \/>\n25) Representation of the Institute within the scope of the powers granted to them;<br \/>\n26) Participation in the development and supervision of the implementation of
