    1) Supervision of the Institute’s financial management, financial liquidity, receivables and liabilities;
    \n2) Supervision of financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, reports, declarations and other documents;
    \n3) Verification of financial data and supervision of the accounting system;
    \n4) Development of investment financing structures;
    \n5) Optimisation of tax policy;
    \n6) Coordination and supervision of the organisation of financial document circulation;
    \n7) Supervision of the use and settlement of own and external funds or other funds at the Institute;
    \n8) Supervision of the correct preparation, acceptance, archiving and control of accounting documents;
    \n9) Supervision of the debt collection process;
    \n10) Cooperation with banks, insurance companies, tax authorities, certified auditors and other financial institutions;
    \n11) Supervision of the execution of cash orders;
    \n12) Preparation and submission of draft internal regulations issued by the Director in the field of accounting and finance;
    \n13) Supervision of accounting and financial tasks performed by the Institute in connection with the administration and management of real estate;
    \n14) Cooperation with internal and external auditors;
    \n15) Organisation and improvement of the Institute’s internal financial information system, providing data necessary for planning the Institute’s activities and making correct economic decisions;
    \n16) Preparation of financial plans and reports on their implementation;
    \n17) Implementation of the Institute’s activity plans within the scope of their supervision;
    \n18) Implementation and ensuring the proper course of financial control and management reporting processes;
    \n19) Control of the costs of tasks and investment projects carried out<\/p>\n

    at the Institute;
    \n20) Supervision of the preparation of annual public procurement plans and control of their implementation;
    \n21) Coordination and control of the organisation of purchases;
    \n22) Coordination of tasks related to the conduct of public procurement procedures by the Institute;
    \n23) Supervision of the preparation of renovation and investment plans and control of their implementation;
    \n24) Coordination and supervision of the work of subordinate organisational units;
    \n25) Representation of the Institute within the scope of the powers granted to them;
    \n26) Participation in the development and supervision of the implementation of commercialisation plans;
