\n3) Knowledge of power electronic structures, electricity conversion and storage systems, Smart grid systems;
\n4) Coordination of analytical and simulation work;
\n5) Experience in the execution and implementation of the results of national and\/or international R&D projects in the area of energy, energy conversion and storage;
\n6) Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.<\/p>\n

Managing the activities of subordinate organisational units, in particular:
\n1) Coordination of scientific research and R&D in energy conversion and storage;
\n2) Coordination of laboratory activities;
\n3) Commercialisation of the results of ongoing research and development work in the economy;
\n4) Supervising the preparation of reports, analyses, opinions and expert reports;
\n5) Participation in the substantive preparation of applications for national and international programmes;
\n6) Coordination of the process of building and maintaining relationships with scientific and business networking partners;
