1) Master\u2019s degree (preferably in electrical engineering, electrotechnology, electronics, automation), doctoral degree may be an advantage;

1) Master\u2019s degree and 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience in managing the team;
\n2) Experience of working in an accredited environment (e.g. ISO 17025 compliant) and in research institutions;
\n3) Practical knowledge of testing in at least one of the following areas: electrical equipment safety, photometric testing, EMC testing;
\n4) Ability to manage laboratory infrastructure, including measurement apparatus and research equipment;
\n5) Ability to prepare reports, statements and documentation related to research\/testing;
\n6) Communicative proficiency in English;
\n7) Developed interpersonal communication and collaboration skills with clients and the team;
\n8) Knowledge of health and safety, environmental and regulatory standards for laboratory operations.<\/p>\n","responsibilities":"

\n3) Participation in activities to broaden the Institute\u2019s research offer;
\n4) Adequate security and use of the Laboratory\u2019s apparatus and equipment;

6) Preparation of information and reports on the activities of the subordinate unit as required by the Head of the Division;
7) Supervision over the performance of subordinate employees and their compliance with legal regulations;
8) Ensuring that the laboratory\u2019s accreditation is maintained and developed.<\/p>\n
