This year’s Innovation Night was held at the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Centre for Electrotechnical Materials at the Institute of Electrical Engineering in Wroc\u0142aw. The event brought together more than 100 participants for a unique, educational lab walk. <\/p>

The slogan for the event \u2013 How many threads are there in a dress, and how much snow is there in a chest? How many pounds does the wind weigh \u2013 and can a storm power the Earth? <\/em> \u2013 has become an invitation to explore the relationship between science, energy and materials.<\/p>

During the Innovation Night, participants had the opportunity to:<\/p>

\u2013 learn how science is supporting the development of renewable energy, electrical engineering and modern recycling technologies,<\/p>

\u2013 take a look at the high-voltage and thermal-mechanical research laboratories,<\/p>

\u2013 learn about wind turbine blade and fabric recycling processes,<\/p>

\u2013 see specialized microscopes and research equipment in action.<\/p>

The event programme was complemented by creative art workshops, where participants could try their hand at weaving, macram\u00e9, painting and decorating, among other things. It was an opportunity to show how science and technology intertwine with art and a creative approach to creation. <\/p>

Innovation Night 2025 was a day full of inspiration, learning and conversations about the common areas of energy, materials and innovations.
