WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:

1) University degree, secondary education and2 years’ professional experience or secondary vocational education and 2 years’ professional experience;
2) B2B sales experience, preferentially in the technical, laboratory or industrial sector;
3) Experience with industrial clients, universities, institutes or deep tech/start-up companies. Experience in selling laboratory services, analysis, technology implementation, technology or grant consultancy will be an asset;
4) Communication and technical/business conversation skills;
5) Ability to identify customer needs and translate technology offerings into benefit language;
6) Good work organisation, self-management and results-oriented approach;
7) Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint);
8) Ability to work with tender databases, B2B platforms;
9) Knowledge of English at B2 level.

 

Mile widziane

1) A degree in engineering or natural sciences (preferred fields: chemistry, materials engineering, technical physics, mechanics, energy) is welcome;
2) Experience with EN ISO 17025 certification;
3) Knowledge of hydrogen technology, or chemistry, materials engineering;
4) Basic knowledge of R&D processes (TRL, laboratories, commercialisation);
5) Ability to read technical documentation, test reports, data sheets, analysis of results;
6) Experience in preparing funding applications for R&D projects (NCBR, Horizon, FENG);
7) Knowledge of technology transfer processes;
8) Industry contacts in sectors such as chemistry, energy, materials engineering, RES or automotive.

Codzienne zadania

1) Participation in the day-to-day technical work of the Hydrogen Technology Laboratory team, including participation in the implementation of research as support;
2) Collaborating with technology and scientific teams in the planning and scheduling of R&D projects;
3) Actively seeking new customers and business partners (companies, institutions, scientific units) and establishing contacts to sell laboratory services;
4) Acquiring new B2B customers interested in R&D services, prototyping, product testing or laboratory analysis;
5) Identifying potential business partners (clients, consortia, donors);
6) Maintaining relationships with scientific and business partners;
7) Representing the Research Centre at trade fairs, industry conferences and client meetings;
8) Preparing technical and commercial offers;
9) Preparing quotations for laboratory services, tests, analyses and research;
10) Monitoring the market and competition;
11) Seeking tenders, calls for proposals or R&D contract opportunities.
