Hydrogen Technology and Catalysis Laboratory (LTW)
Our laboratory plays a key role in the field of catalysis and hydrogen technologies since 2023, focusing its research on obtaining hydrogen in catalytic processes, obtaining innovative thin-film catalysts, as well as the characterisation, diagnostics and optimisation of materials and components that are essential for the development of hydrogen technologies. The laboratory is equipped with the latest instruments for material engineering, analytical chemistry and preparation. It cooperates with industry and research centres, supporting the development of innovative, sustainable energy technologies through laboratory and semi-industrial scale research. The test benches for electrolyser components and fuel cells will be an important element in the Laboratory’s ongoing development phase.
