1) Master’s degree and minimum 3 years’ professional experience;
2) Knowledge of spoken and written English at a minimum level B2;
3) Experience in accounting for national and international projects;

MILE WIDZIANE:
1) Knowledge of intermediary/financing systems of the Institutions for clearing projects (e.g. SL/CST; MEWA);
2) Work experience in a similar position.
CODZIENNE ZADANIA:
1) Coordination of work related to the preparation of funding applications for research and development projects;
2) Coordination of activities related to the preparation of applications for subsidies for the Institute’s operations and reports on their use;
3) Administrative support for ongoing work / research and development projects, including:
a. accounting for the costs of work;
b. verification and control of the conformity of the payment schedule and payment requests in financial terms;
c. analysis of the consistency of the costs incurred with the budget and schedule of the task;
d. maintenance of financial and accounting records;
e. analysis of the purchasing process for materials, apparatus, services and other costs;
f. cooperation with intermediary institutions for research and development funding in terms of reporting and control;
g. participation in the preparation of reports to government and local government offices;
h. overseeing the sustainability of research and development projects;
4) Monitoring and coordination of the implementation of research and development work in terms of reporting, promotion and commercialisation of their results;
5) Coordination of control activities and external audits related to the operation of the subordinate organisational unit;
6) Overseeing the updating of data in POL-on programme as far as the department’s activity is concerned;
7) Support to the Institute’s units in resolving issues relating to settlements with the fund manager;
8) Participation in the planning of costs, the Institute’s material and financial plansand annual reports on their implementation.
