Specialist in the support division in the Administration and Asset Management Unit

WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:

1) Higher education or secondary education (or secondary vocational education) and 2 years’ professional experience
2) Independence in organising work;
3) Familiarity with computers and MS Office;
4) Familiarity with the use of office equipment.

MILE WIDZIANE:

1) Secondary technical education;
2) At least 1 year experience in a similar position;
3) SEP D certification up to 1 kV.

CODZIENNE ZADANIA:

1) Provision of day-to-day administrative and economic services to building users;
2) Contact with tenants;
3) Preparation of letters, including purchase requests;
4) Administering matters relating to the proper maintenance of the facilities, including finding companies to repair perceived or reported faults, fixing breakdowns, etc., supervising external companies, receiving contracted work;
5) Liaise with other departments in maintaining the efficiency and usability of the infrastructure;
6) Supervision of employees of an external company performing cleaning services on the Institute’s premises;
7) Supervision of employees of an external company providing security services;
8) Participation in the management of redundant property, including preparation of minutes, sale notices, liaison with scrap and waste collectors, preparation for clearing premises for lease;
9) Participation in the inventory of fixed assets and equipment;
10) Maintaining management and stock records for in-stock purchases.
