Director/F/M/X of the Research Center for Electromobility and Intelligent Transportation – Area Leader/F/M/X in the support division

WYNAGRODZENIE :
WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:

1) Master’s degree and 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience in team management;
2) Knowledge of powertrain systems, power electronics, powertrain control algorithms and electromobility issues;
3) Proven experience in implementing the results of research and development projects – a minimum of 3 implementations;
4) Experience in the implementation of research and development projects, national and international – a minimum of 2 projects in a similar topic;
5) Ability to conduct analytical and simulation work and verify customer and market requirements;
6) Good oral and written English skills (minimum level B2) ;
7) Accuracy and punctuality, knowledge of project management techniques and management by objectives;
8) Experience in managing a team, including delegating tasks and achieving goals;
9) Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
10) Responsibility, self-reliance and process thinking skills;

 

MILE WIDZIANE:

1) A doctoral degree in technical sciences is welcomed;
2) Implementation of market solutions in the area of Electromobility and Intelligent Transportation;
3) Independence in planning and execution of tasks and initiative in improving processes;
4) Knowledge of the principles of research project management and planning and implementation of research objectives;
5) Experience in technology transfer and commercialization of research results;
6) Initiative in developing new research directions and obtaining external funding;

CODZIENNE ZADANIA:

1) Coordination of scientific research and research and development work in the field of electromobility and transport;
2) Management of the activities of subordinate organizational units, laboratory work and implementation of commissioned work;
3) Commercialization of the results of scientific research and development work and their implementation into the economy;
4) Supervision of the preparation of analyses, development of opinions, and expert opinions;
5) Building and maintaining relations with scientific and business partners in the field of networking;
6) Conducting consultations with customers, identifying their needs and presenting dedicated technical solutions;
7) Representation of the Institute in the area of activities of the Research Center for Electromobility and Intelligent Transport (CET);
