National Projects
The project “Telemetry with Predictive Maintenance for Road and Rail Vehicles” (TelDiag) is funded under the 2026 subsidy awarded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Project value: 1,900,000.00 PLN
Funding amount: 1,118,280.00 PLN
The goal of the project is to develop an integrated, modular, next-generation diagnostic telemetry system for road and rail vehicles, including autonomous, special-purpose, and commercial vehicles. The solution will enable early detection of anomalies, predictive fault diagnostics, and intelligent management of the technical condition of key vehicle components, such as the powertrain, power supply systems, sensor systems, and control systems.
As part of the project, a prototype telemetry system will be developed for real-time diagnostics and monitoring of powertrains and power supply systems in electric and autonomous vehicles. The work will include designing the system architecture, integrating measurement and diagnostic modules, building the prototype, conducting laboratory tests, and validating the solution under real-world conditions.
The project will result in a comprehensive telemetry system supporting predictive vehicle maintenance. The solution will enable real-time monitoring of vehicle operating parameters, faster identification of potential faults, and a reduction in the risk of failure of key components.
The planned outcomes of the project include:
- a modular diagnostic telemetry system for road and rail vehicles,
- tools for early anomaly detection and predictive fault diagnosis,
- a real-time monitoring system for dpowertrains and power supply systems,
- a prototype solution verified through laboratory testing,
- validation of the system under real-world conditions.
Implementation period: January 1, 2026–December 31, 2027.
