Area Leader – Head of the Planning and Controlling Department
1) Master’s degree and 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years of experience in managing teams.
2) Min. 2 years of experience working in the Planning and Controlling area;
3) Ability to work as part of a team, build relationships, good communication skills;
4) Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions;
5) Very good knowledge of financial and management accounting issues;
6) Self-reliance in action and the ability to organise your own and your team’s work very well;
7) Responsibility, conscientiousness, innovation and problem-solving attitude;
8) Strategic thinking, business acumen, results and outcome orientation, leadership skills;
9) Experience in running several projects simultaneously;
10) Good knowledge of MS Office and financial and accounting systems.
MILE WIDZIANE:
1) Master’s degree (preferred fields of study: economics, accounting, finance);
2) Familiarity with the XPERTIS software;
3) Knowledge of Power BI and VBA;
4) Participation in the implementation of modern IT tools and an ERP system;
5) Good working knowledge of English (minimum B2 level) is an advantage.
CODZIENNE ZADANIA:
1) Supervise and control the achievement of the Institute’s financial and project objectives;
2) Financial and material planning;
3) Carry out analyses and verification of posting;
4) Develop management control procedures;
5) Prepare reports for the directors and senior management;
6) Contribute to the preparation of funding applications for scientific research projects;
7) Prepare reports for government administration bodies and local authorities;
8) Support individuals in resolving settling issues;
9) Accept payments;
10) Participate in the preparation of the activity plan, activity report and subsidy application, write the subsidy utilisation report;
11) Oversee the spending of subsidy funds, approve purchase requests;
12) Calculate the hourly rate, verify calculations prepared for proposals;
13) Evaluate contracts and agreements;
14) Settling bonuses in accordance with the regulations.
