1) Master’s degree; 2) Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience, including 2 years’ experience
in team management; 3) Knowledge of power electronic structures, electricity conversion and storage systems, Smart grid systems; 4) Coordination of analytical and simulation work; 5) Experience in the execution and implementation of the results of national and/or international R&D projects in the area of energy, energy conversion and storage; 6) Knowledge of English at a minimum B2 level.
1) A doctoral degree in technical sciences is welcome; 2) Knowledge of project management techniques and management by objectives; 3) Demonstrated implementation of market-based solutions in the above area is welcome.
Managing the activities of subordinate organisational units, in particular:
1) Coordination of scientific research and R&D in energy conversion and storage;
2) Coordination of laboratory activities;
3) Commercialisation of the results of ongoing research and development work in the economy;
4) Supervising the preparation of reports, analyses, opinions and expert reports;
5) Participation in the substantive preparation of applications for national and international programmes;
6) Coordination of the process of building and maintaining relationships with scientific and business networking partners;
7) Representation of the Institute in the above area.
