HR and Payroll Officer in the Experimental and Production Division (EPD)

WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:

1) University degree, secondary education and 2 years’ professional experience or secondary vocational education and 2 years’ professional experience;
2) Very good knowledge of labour, social insurance and tax law;
3) Knowledge of the Labour Code with regard to conclusion and termination of employment, leave calculation, employee benefits;
4) Practical knowledge of calculation of payroll, benefits and the settlement of civil law contracts;
5) Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel spreadsheet and the Płatnik programme.  

MILE WIDZIANE:

1) University degree (preferably in human resources management, economics, finance or related areas);
2) Min. 2 years’ professional experience in a similar position;
3) Knowledge of the HR and payroll programme – R2Płatnik;
4) Willingness to develop, independence;
5) High personal culture, dutifulness, accuracy, very good work organisation, resistance to stress;
6) Ability to think analytically and solve HR and payroll problems.

CODZIENNE ZADANIA:

1) Preparation of HR and payroll documentation, e.g. employment contracts, annexes, employment certificates;
2) Establishing and maintenance of personnel files;
3) Day-to-day handling of employee matters;
4) Accounting for working time;
5) Handling of documents relating to annual leaves, sick leaves and other absences;
6) Comprehensive payroll (including salaries under civil law contracts), accounting for sickness absence, annual leaves;
7) Operation of the HR and payroll system and updating of data, supervision of the correctness of data in the system;
8) Preparation of Social Insurance Institution and tax (PIT) returns, CSO and State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) declarations;
9) Preparation of reports for management and the Management Board.
