Person for the position of Director of the Operations and Administration Department, Area Leader (k/m)
1) Master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including 2 years in team management;
2) Experience in managing administrative, operational or technical areas;
3) Familiarity with property management, supervision of renovation works and conducting public procurement proceedings in accordance with the Public Procurement Law;
4) Practice in coordinating the work of multiple organizational units and managing teams;
5) Ability to make decisions, strategic planning and effective organization of work;
6) Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
7) Responsibility, self-reliance and ability to think in process;
8) Developed analytical skills and ability to implement systemic solutions;
Orientation to the achievement of work goals – both own and subordinate teams;
MILE WIDZIANE:
1) Master’s degree in administration, management, economics, law or related field is welcome;
2) Experience gained in public institutions or large organizations;
3) Knowledge of English at intermediate level (B2) or higher (C1);
CODZIENNE ZADANIA:
1) Ensure effective organization of the Institute’s work, including legal and administrative services (plans, orders, procedures);
2) Coordinate the work of the Operations and Administration Department, including the Organizational, Administration and Asset Management and Procurement Departments;
3) Ensuring the timeliness and compliance of internal legal acts;
4) Identification of areas of the Institute’s activities that require regulation in internal legal acts;
5) Providing opinions on drafts of internal legislation and keeping records of them;
6) Planning, coordination and supervision of control activities carried out at the Institute;
7) Management of real estate and other assets of the Institute;
8) Tenant management and supervision of renovation work at the Institute’s locations;
9) Control and supervision of inventory work;
10) Ensure the maintenance of the proper technical condition of the Institute’s buildings and infrastructure;
11) Management of the Procurement Department under the authority of the Public Procurement Law and supervision of the implementation of purchases;
12) Represent the Institute within the limits of the powers granted;
