WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:

1) University education and one year’s work experience;
2) Professional experience in conducting public procurement procedures and the ability to independently conduct procedures with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds;
3) Practical knowledge of public procurement law and implementing acts;
4) Ability to conduct proceedings independently, including drafting contractual provisions, EWS, notices, summonses, administrative letters;
5) Practical knowledge of the eNotice2 system;
6) Practical knowledge of how to use the e-services portal: e-procurement;
7) Ability to operate a purchasing platform (Open Nexus platform in use);
8) Experience in posting notices provided for in the Public Procurement Law in the Public Procurement Bulletin, Official Journal of the European Union;
9) Computer and office software skills (Word, Excel, OneDrive);
10) Ability to work in a team and under time pressure.

MILE WIDZIANE:

1) Experience in conducting proceedings co-financed by European Union funds.

CODZIENNE ZADANIA:

1) Comprehensive and timely preparation and execution of public procurement procedures in accordance with the Public Procurement Law;
2) Drafting the ToRs, including the draft contract and agreement with the substantive units, and legal counsel;
3) Providing opinions and verifying the purchase requests of the technical units – in terms of completeness and compliance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and internal legal acts;
4) Performing the function of secretary of the tender committee;
5) Verification of documents submitted by substantive units;
6) Comprehensive maintenance and archiving of full procurement documentation;
7) Ongoing completion of procurement records;
8) Preparation of reports required by the Public Procurement Law and internal reports on the progress of cases;
9) Participation in the preparation and updating of procurement plans;
10) Publication in the Public Procurement Bulletin, the Official Journal of the European Union and on the e-procurement portal, eNotices2 of notices provided for in the Public Procurement Law;
11) Operation of the Ordering Party’s purchasing platform;
12) Preparation of draft public procurement orders and regulations;
13) Reporting of risks in the timely execution of proceedings;
14) Drafting and processing of annexes to public procurement contracts.
