MILE WIDZIANE:
1) Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in purchasing or logistics;
2) Experience in working in a scientific research unit;
3) Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law Act.
CODZIENNE ZADANIA:
1) Providing opinions and verifying the purchase requests of the technical units – in terms of completeness and compliance with the provisions of law and internal legal acts;
2) Close cooperation with the substantive and research departments – personal communication;
3) Cooperation with current suppliers (domestic and foreign) in terms of delivery;
4) Negotiation of commercial terms with suppliers, in particular purchase prices;
5) Ordering the goods;
6) Logistical handling of orders;
7) Acquisition of new suppliers;
8) Preparation of requests for proposals with annexes, draft contracts and other necessary documents;
9) Optimisation of supplier structures in terms of cost, quality and efficiency;
10) Resolving various problems related to the execution of purchases;
11) Supervision of complaints about purchased goods;
12) Timely implementation of purchasing processes;
13) Control of the assortment ordered up to the base amounts of the Public Procurement Law.
