CODZIENNE ZADANIA:
1) Management of the project team responsible for the preparation, contracting and implementation of purchases in the project;
2) Responsibility for the performance of the project in accordance with the funding contract, including keeping an eye on contractual deadlines;
3) Communication with the project supervisor from the supporting institution;
4) Coordinating tasks and activities in tasks, accounting for performance, including organising and conducting task force meetings, weekly coordination, verification of time sheets of those involved;
5) Project risk management;
6) Preparation of budget plans and updating them, preparation of changes to the projects for the HRF;
7) Project change management, requesting changes;
8) Preparation of draft letters, speeches to the Managing Authority, public administration bodies, control institutions;
9) Liaising with the Accounting, Planning and Controlling, PMO, Purchasing, Administration and Asset Management and Legal Counsel departments as necessary for project implementation;
10) Reporting on progress and risks;
11) Taking and carrying out preventive and corrective actions;
12) Participation in the preparation of public procurement procedures in terms of coordinating the documentation for the initiation of proceedings;
13) Co-management of contracts concluded as a result of ongoing procedures, in particular requesting annexes to contracts, correspondence with contractors.
