Anyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or any element thereof. You may also request that the information be made available through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading out a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a film without an audio description, etc. The request should include the identity of the person making the request, an indication of which website or mobile application is being requested and a means of contact. If the person requesting the information wishes to obtain it through an alternative means of access, he or she should also specify how the information is convenient for him or her. The public entity should comply with the request immediately, no later than within 7 days of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform when it will be possible to comply with the request, which shall be no longer than 2 months. If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may propose an alternative way to access the information. If a public entity refuses to comply with a request for accessibility or an alternative means of accessing information, the requester may file a complaint about the accessibility of a digital website, mobile application or element of a website or mobile application. After exhausting the above procedure, an application may also be submitted to the Ombudsman.

Parking

  1. We do not have designated disabled parking spaces.
  2. Parking is free of charge.
  3. Parking spaces are located in the courtyard. It can be entered through a gate. The barrier is opened by security, upon presentation of a pass.

Assistance dog

  1. You can come with an assistance dog or a guide dog. Remember your assistance dog certificate and vaccination certificate.
  2. The dog must have a muzzle. Does not apply to guide dogs.

Entrance to the building

  1. A staircase leads to the entrance.
  2. There is a handrail by the stairs.
  3. You have to open the door manually.
  4. It opens outwards.
  5. Opening the door requires a lot of force.
  6. The door has a convenient and ergonomic handle.

Horizontal routes

  1. All corridors are inaccessible to wheelchair users.

Vertical routes

  1. You can reach the other floors by means of stairs

Rooms

  1. The premises are not accessible to wheelchair users.
