On May 6-7, 2026. Łukasiewicz – Institute of Electrical Engineering participated in Defence24 Days – one of the key events of the defense and security sector in Central and Eastern Europe.
The event was an opportunity to jointly present the potential of the Łukasiewicz Research Network. Together with 13 other institutes, we showcased technologies being developed for national security and dual-use applications, combining the requirements of the civilian and defense markets.
During Defence24 Days, Łukasiewicz – Institute of Electrical Engineering presented, among other things:
- modern power systems for the Polish Navy,
- Power electronics technologies and advanced energy conversion systems,
- solutions to support energy security and critical infrastructure resilience.
Participation in the event also enabled numerous meetings and discussions on the directions of technology development, cooperation between industry and R&D, and building national technological capabilities in the area of defense and security.
The institute was represented by a team of experts and executives:
