The future of the economy, energy and technology are areas where science, research and innovation play a key role. That is why Lukasiewicz – IEL actively participated in the European Economic Congress (EEC) 2026, one of the most important events dedicated to economic development in Europe.

The Institute’s presence at the Congress was an opportunity to participate in debates on the directions of industry development, energy transition and cooperation between the research and development sector and the business community. The event also provided a space to exchange experiences and discuss the role of modern technologies in building a competitive and resilient economy.

The event was attended by Dr. Marcin Parchomiuk, Director of the Institute, and Pawel Mosak, Deputy Director of Lukasiewicz – IEL.

The European Economic Congress is a place that sets the rhythm of economic and technological change – from industrial innovation to the challenges of energy transition. The Institute’s participation in the event is part of its efforts to strengthen the dialogue between science and business and support the development of a modern economy.
